Producer agrees to pay Performer $60 per photoset for full nude and $100 for video content. Any non-nude, topless, or implied nudity sets will not be compensated for, but may indeed be featured on the site at the discretion of the Producer. All submitted content (media) will be reviewed by producer and at his sole discretion, will be featured on www.cykgirls.com (or the members’ site thecykgirls.com section of the site). Performer understands that compensation (payment) for the sets will be paid out no longer than 30 (thirty) days after the Performers submitted content is available on the site as part of the membership package. Once Producer has made payment on content, Producer becomes the sole owner of the content. At the time of payment, Performer can not distribute, sell, or use content for monetary gain without the sole written permission of the Producer.
